All our products arrive in discreet packaging without logos, names, or other indications of what the package includes. Billing statements will have "QST" on the statement.

We take sexual safety seriously. Although sex toys are not heavily regulated in the United States every product we sell is tested for unsafe materials. If you have specific questions about certain products we'd be happy to provide any additional information that we have from our manufacturer.

Although our shop is small, we have big dreams. For far too long the sex toy shopping experience has been focused on heteronormative ideas, or rainbow washing for marketing purposes. We believe that we can be fundamentally different. Providing useful information about our products that the queer community wants and needs. We hope to add additional products in the future to expand our accessibility. If you have thoughts, comments, questions, or concerns we are all ears! Accessibility is not a perfect or finished process. It's an ethos. We're committed to an iterative process to expand our business in the ways the community needs.

Do not boil vibrators made of silicone because you will destroy the vibrator mechanism. You can choose from 3 options to clean a silicone toy. Boil for 5-10 minutes if it does not contain electronics, put it in your dishwasher (on top rack) if it does not contain electronics, or wash with anti-bacterial soap and warm water.
